Resorts World Las Vegas will be a Chinese-themed resort on the Las Vegas Strip. In March 2013, Boyd Gaming sold the Echelon Place site to the Genting Group for $350 million. The Resorts World groundbreaking ceremony took place on May 5, 2015. Construction started in May 2015 and is due to be completed in mid-2018. Notable features will include a panda exhibit, as well as an indoor waterpark.
